High Energy Dance is proud to boast a highly qualified, professional and dedicated team of teachers which have performed nationally and internationally on a professional level. All the teachers here at High Energy Dance strive to help your children achieve their goals throughout their time here at High Energy Dance. Our Teachers aim is to keep all classes disciplined yet FUN! You will see your child improve in all aspects of dance while attending H.E.D


THOMAS PEISLEY
(G.W.Tap Exam Classes, Eisteddfod Classes, ShowTeam, Fun classes & Hip Hop)
Thomas has been dancing since the young age of 7 and has been teaching since the age of 13. Thomas has studied in most areas of the performing arts such as tap, jazz, ballet, modern/contemporary, hip hop, singing and drama. As a student Thomas trained at a number of dance schools such as Carol Murray School Of Performing Arts, Brent Street Studios & Dance Creation to name a few.

Thomas is a member of Ballet Australasia and the national dance association. He is fully qualified to teach Glenn Wood Tap and some of he's Highlights and Experiences Include, Touring The U.S.A. in 2005 and performing at such places as Disney Land and Knot's Burry Farm, he has performed at clubs on a regular basis since the age of 11 and dancing in professional shows such as the Garfield Show and The Rex and Wendy Show.

All of Thomas's students who attended their Glenn Wood Tap Exams in 2007 received a mark of 95 or higher with some students receiving mark of 99 and 99.5.

Thomas teaches Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, All Eisteddfod Classes, The H.E.D Show Team, Private Lessons and Many More here at High Energy Dance.


ASHLEY GALDES
(Show Team, Fun classes & Hip Hop)
Ashley Started dancing at the age of 6 and hasn't stopped since. Ashley has studied most areas of dance such as Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, Hip Hop/Jazz Funk, Musical Theatre and H.S.C Dance.
Ashley studied dance throughout her high school years and gained a Band 6 Result, 91% for her H.S.C Dance Result, Making her in the top 10% of the state.
Ashley Started Choreographing at the age of 15 at The Rooty Hill R.S.L Youth Club School of Dance and also during her years at Rooty Hill High School, Ashley along with a group of other students choreographed pieces for the Sydney West Dance Festival, State Dance Festival, The School Spectacular and The Opening Ceremony of The Youth Olympics 2003 and 2005.

Ashley Teaches Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop & the H.E.D Show Team, at High Energy Dance.


ALISHA REID
(Fun Classes & Eisteddfod Modern's)
Alisha started dancing at the young age of 3. Alisha trained for 17 years with Donna Jeans Dance Force. Alisha has studied in most areas of the performing arts, such as classical ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, modern/contemporary, singing and acrobatics.

Alisha has helped choreograph for the School Spectacular, Sydney West Dance Festival, State Dance Festival, opening ceremonies of the special Olympics and Youth Olympics.

Alisha was part of the junior promotional cheerleading squad, for the NRL semi finals, grand finals and state of origin.

Some of Alisha's major performance highlights include, performing at Wonderland Sydney, Dream World and performing with Grinspoon.

Alisha has completed her B.A.L Tap syllabus and is now in the process of completing her G.W.T Syllabus.

EMMA FULHAM
(R.A.D Ballet Classes, Stretch & Technique Classes)
Emma began dancing at the age of 3 at Accent On Dance in South Windsor, where she completed her R.A.D grade 7 as well as studying jazz, tap and modern. Emma then completed the full time ballet course at Tanya Pearson's Classical Coaching at St Leonard's from 2002-2004. During her time there she received with distinctions the major R.A.D grades up to advanced level 2. Emma has performed with the Sydney City Youth Ballet in the production of "The Christmas Carol" in 2003. She has competed in the Isabel Anderson Awards, City Of Sydney and The McDonald's scholarship as semi-finalist and quarter finalist respectively. Emma has competed in the R.A.D Genee Awards in Athens, Greece as semi-finalist and then went on to study in the Staatliche Hochschule Fur Musik and Darstellende Kundst Mannheim, Germany for 2 years 2004-2006. During this time Emma was selected to dance with the Karlsruhe Ballet Company performing ballets such as Don Quixote, Coppelia and Giselle Emma also performed as a dancer in many operas. She was selected to perform a pas de deux with another student as a tribute to Mozart which was aired on German television in 2006.

Throughout her time dancing Emma has studied many styles NOT JUST ballet including Spanish, character and traditional dance, ballroom and salsa dancing, jazz, modern and pas de deux. During 2008 Emma taught Advanced 2 for Accent On Dance and has recently become qualified to teach dance throughout after school care centre's.

MICHELLE GLEESON
(Hip Hop)
Michelle studied dance all the way through High School and received exceptional results in her H.S.C for dance. Although she enjoys and has studied other forms of the performing arts, her passion for Hip Hop is phenomenal.

Michelle has created her very own style of hip hop. Although it can be challenging and quiet different at first, her unique style continues to capture and wow audiences from all around. Michelle's ability to create NEW, FRESH AND OF COURSE AMAZING HIP HOP ROUTINES never fails to amaze us.
