High Energy Dance is the place for YOU!  Our troupes have had huge success over the past 6 years in all eisteddfods, competitions and talent quests. High Energy Dance is recognised throughout Sydney's West for their stand out costumes, award winning routines and fantastic performers. We compete in at least 5-6 eisteddfods/competitions throughout the year. We work hard, Perform well and receive great results.
